Comments on Benzoin: Benzoin is native to tropical Aisa.~It is not a true essential oil, but is a resin that must be melted by heating over hot water before it can be used. ~Commercially, Benzoin is diluted - preferably in wood alcohol.~The lovely vanilla scent makes Benzoin a nice choice for blending in air fresheners and astrigents/aftershaves.
