Actions of Essential Oil of Myrtle (Lemon): Calming. Digestion: Indigestion. Immune: Colds, flu, herpes, infectious disease, viral infection. Nervous: Insomnia. Respiratory: Bronchitis, congestion. Skin: Athletes foot, boils, fungal infection, shingles. Mental/Emotional Symptoms: Balances, calming, concentration, insomnia, promotes sleep, uplifting. Contra-Indications for Myrtle (Lemon): Strong skin irritant. Do not use with prostate problems.
